Mark is the Founder and Chairman of Taysols, and Co-founder and Chairman of the Solantic Group. With over 35 years of experience in finance and technology, he leads Taysols with a focus on innovation, inclusion, and performance-driven insights.
Mark is passionate about helping organisations solve complex business challenges through enterprise performance management and finance transformation. His expertise spans application architecture, design, project delivery, and implementation – always with a client-centric approach.
Prior to founding Taysols in 2002, Mark led KPMG’s analytical solutions and ERP practices. His earlier career included global reporting, treasury, and accounting roles across Europe, Asia, and Australia, bringing an international perspective to his leadership. Outside of Taysols, Mark sits on several boards, focussed on technology including AI.
In his spare time, Mark is actively involved in philanthropy, the arts, architecture, and adventure – often found exploring new places on two wheels and enjoying great food along the way.
Jayson is the Managing Director of Taysols and a recognised leader in Enterprise Performance Management and Business Analytics, with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and helping clients succeed across the industry’s top platforms including IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, OneStream, and SAP.
As a senior leader at Taysols, Jayson Hammond brings a strong commercial and delivery focus shaped by his background in Strategy and Management consulting within the Enterprise Performance Management domain.
While at university, Jayson launched a road safety startup – an early reflection of the entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach he continues to apply across complex business challenges.
Based in Melbourne, Jayson enjoys exploring the city’s culinary scene, discovering hidden bars, and playing the occasional round of golf.
As the Financial Controller at Taysols, Åsa brings decades of expertise in group accounting, FP&A, and enterprise performance management. Since joining Taysols in 2004, she has played a pivotal role in shaping Taysols’ consulting and support services, ensuring long-term value creation and sustainable growth.
Åsa’s journey with EPM began in 1986 as the head of Group Accounting for a large European multinational. Her expertise and commitment subsequently earnt her senior roles at KPMG and Cognos, where she led global consulting teams and received industry-wide recognition. Her deep technical expertise and strategic insight have made her one of the region’s most respected authorities in group consolidation implementations.
Certified across both HFM and OneStream, Åsa continues to be a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex financial systems.
Originally from Sweden, Åsa enjoys cycling and travelling.
As Director at Taysols, Ben Tesoriero brings over two decades of experience in IT and Enterprise Performance Management, with a strong focus on helping clients unlock value through data-driven solutions. He began his passion for client success in technical delivery roles across Australia and the UK, gaining hands-on experience in development, support, and consulting before moving into strategic leadership.
Since 2012, Ben has concentrated on business development and strategic leadership, holding senior roles at Oracle, MicroStrategy, and PwC before joining Taysols in 2015. His blend of technical depth and commercial acumen has made him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex analytics and enterprise performance management challenges.
A qualified engineer, Ben holds a GAICD certification and is passionate about helping clients unlock value through data-driven solutions.
When not focused on client outcomes, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and friends staying active.
Aaron leads Taysols’ Oracle EPM and Board practices, overseeing solution delivery across corporate, manufacturing, transport, and public sectors. With over 25 years’ experience, he brings deep expertise in the EPM development lifecycle with a strong focus on client outcomes and long-term value.
Since joining Taysols in 2012, Aaron has been a key driver of innovation and client success. Prior to this, he held senior technical and solution architect roles on numerous EPM implementations.
Outside of work, Aaron is a passionate Philadelphia Flyers Ice Hockey fan. He’s also an accomplished photographer who enjoys traveling with his wife and son.
Paul leads Taysols’ OneStream practice, overseeing solutions across financial reporting, consolidations, FP&A, and analytics. With over 25 years of experience across industries including financial services, manufacturing, government, and retail, Paul brings a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic insight to drive client success in every engagement.
Originally from England, Paul relocated to Australia in 2009, where he quickly established himself in the FP&A space. Since joining Taysols in 2014, Paul has played a key role in expanding the firm’s capabilities, including five years heading the Support and Cloud Hosting team.
Paul stays busy outside of work as a soccer player, soccer coach and dedicated foodie – always ready with a great travel dining recommendation.
As Taysols’ ESG and OneStream FP&A Lead, Hayley is responsible for helping organisations optimise their financial planning and analysis processes and embed environmental, social, and governance considerations into their performance management and reporting frameworks.
Hayley is certified in planning and budgeting and brings over 25 years consulting experience, and is an expert in delivering end-to-end EPM projects, ensuring clients succeed in leveraging EPM tools to meet evolving ESG and FP&A requirements, ensuring solutions are both effective and customer centric.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys trail running, sports, beach outings, and spending time with her family and puppy.
As Taysols Data Integration and Reporting Practice Lead, Daniel helps organisations across industries unlock the full potential of their data, blending technical depth with strategic insight, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business outcomes.
Daniel brings over 18 years of Enterprise Performance Management experience specialising in designing and delivering integrated data solutions that power dynamic reporting and intuitive dashboards, enabling clients to make confident, data-driven decisions.
Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoor adventurer, cricket enthusiast, and Formula 1 fan—always up for a canyon trail or a race weekend.
