AB Mauri commissions Taysols for PM Review

AB Mauri Global Technology Group (GTG) has commissioned Taysols to review its project management processes and systems with the goal of establishing a GTG-wide project management system. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, GTG provides yeast technology services to AB Mauri customers in six regions around the globe. GTG services, including operational support streams and capital projects, are internally managed as projects under a RASCI model. Collectively and individually projects are managed using a range of tools.

Taysols has commenced a staged project the ultimate aim of which is the establishment of a GTG-wide project management system. The stages are:

• As-Is Investigation and To-Be Determination
• Examination of Options and Recommendation
• Implementation Planning
• Development, Configuration and Deployment
