Today's first of a series of four good start breakfast events was voted a huge success by event attendees. Feedback received after the seminar gave it an overall score of 4.3 out of 5 with the presentation by David Esgate, Group Financial Controller at Crane Group Limited (CRG) being a highlight of the morning.
The event's focus was on financial consolidation and the management of close and disclosure processes. "The process improvements Crane Group achieved by implementing Hyperion Financial Management are very impressive. We tend to shy away from investments in tough times, but striving towards management excellence appears more important now than ever." one attendee said.
"The overwhelming response to the event shows the relevance of its content. Organisations need to do more with less; spend less time on compiling data and more time on analysing information to obtain an outlook rather than a pure reflection of past performance." Mark Taylor, Director of Taysols, said.
The Good Start Breakfast event series is proudly associated with Good Start Breakfast Clubs who provide a healthy breakfast and nutrition education to school children in areas of greatest need across Australia. The program is run by the Australian Red Cross in over 270 schools and serves over 750,000 breakfasts each year. Taysols supports the Good Start Breakfast Club by making a contribution to Red Cross in proportion to the number of attendees at our Good Start Breakfast events.
The next Good Start Breakfast event will be held in November and address the challenges and rewards of corporate sustainability reporting. If you wish to register your interest in the event please send an email to info@taysols.com.au
