Oracle selects Taysols for Support in Australia

Taysols Pty Ltd today became the only authorised provider of Oracle (Hyperion) support services in Australia. The selection is a recognition of Taysols' track record in the delivery of Hyperion support services through its support and training organisation TaysolsBlue.

Under the agreement Hyperion customers can now choose to have their technical support and maintenance provided by TaysolsBlue. TaysolsBlue has the infrastructure and processes to deliver resolution-oriented support services.
