For the second year in a row, Taysols was requested to sponsor the Gala dinner at Solutions, the annual Hyperion user conference which was held at the Sheraton on the Park in Sydney this year. Apart from providing answers about Business Performance Management (BPM) and Business Intelligence (BI), Hyperion conferences also offer a healthy level of entertainment. This year's conference was no different with key note speakers Dr John Tickell and surfing legend Ross Clarke-Jones taking the audience outside the BPM and BI sphere.
Highlight of the two day conference and subsequent talk of the town was the gala dinner sponsored by specialist consultancy firm Taysols. Mark Taylor, Director of Taysols, set the tone when he talked handball instead of BPM in his welcome address. What followed was a great show including a mass hypnosis that kept those who escaped actual participation amused between the main course and dessert. "I have never seen / experienced anything like this" was the consensus amongst conference participants.
"Fun should be an important aspect of work" Mark Taylor justified the approach. "Still we have made the most of the two days by discussing today's business performance management challenges with many of our current and prospective clients. The interest is high." Mark Taylor concluded.
Taysols' professional integrity and collaborative approach, combined with a proven track record, has made Taysols one of the most sought after partners for BPM solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
